Small Group

Our house has been filled with teens for more years than I can recall. My heart is sad over the vacant spot that our Sunday nights will hold. God has a plan for our time. I know that. I believe.

Here is the look and feel of our home at Sunday night small group. I really should have gone out and taken a picture of the cars lined up on our road. It is a sight to behold.

Thanks for your comment today. Love your posts...they are very "real time", and I like that.

I've missed why you are moving or where or what to or what prompted it, but just know you are thought of today. Your love (and HIS in you) will follow you wherever you go.

Hey Girl! Thanks for your sweet post on my blog! Oh my gosh, when I say there are no words, I truly mean that. My heart feels so many emotions it will take some time to make sense of it all. They are absolutely precious.

The ministry that we went with is out of Irving, TX. The name is "Family Legacy Missions International". We have been blown away by this ministry, their vision, as well as the depth of organization in the administrative aspects. You should look it up! If you want to know more you are welcome to shoot me a message and we could talk on the phone as well.

I noticed that you have a real heart for teens. I do too. A whole slew of them went on this trip too!

Blessings sister ♥

I know exactly how you feel, Debra. My husband isn't a pastor, but he has been the youth leader at our church for 6 years and just recently stepped down and allowed someone else to take it over. He knew God was wanting him to do something different. We still help ... we just don't lead. It's bittersweet.

I'm praying for you and your husband. What a exciting, yet difficult time. Hang in there!
